Yes! there are animation studios in Jamaica. We have a list on our home page. These are not all the studios that exist, but those we are sure are open for business.

Join the JANN subscriber list, attend meetings to network with our members.

Every last Saturday of the month with the exception of days when there is an animation related event.

No you don't. Attending meetings are free, however, you have to pay for workshops and webinars.

There is no funding specifically for animation. However, that doesn't mean there aren't ways to find funding. Just requires some clever proposal writing.

No we don't fund projects. We are a voluntary run organization and hence we run on a very lean budget. We however share funding opportunities from third party entitities.

Not specifically, but there are occasional grants

Not really. There are a few drawing tablets sold here and there but they are very pricey.
