In 2014, the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) introduced its Voucher for Technical Assistance (VTA) to assist micro and small-sized enterprises (MSEs) in strengthening their managerial and administrative abilities to improve their creditworthiness.
More recently, in 2020, the DBJ, established its flagship initiative, Boosting Innovation, Growth & Entrepreneurship Ecosystems (BIGEE), https://www.thinkbigee.com/about(link is external)/ and expanded the VTA offerings and included Go Digital vouchers to promote the adoption of technology in operations of the MSEs. Go Digital vouchers are redeemable through our team of IT Business Development Organisations (IT-BDOs) https://www.thinkbigee.com/service/go-digital-voucher/
