Interview with Hachi
Jamaica Animation Nation Network introduces Creative of the month. A chat with an artist we view as hard working and consistent in their craft. Our first Creative of the month is Deborah Brown aka Hachi Cookie or Hachi Koeksister. She is an artist from birth, has lived in Jamaica and Botswana, and she does 2D animation.

WHAT IS CREATIVE OF THE MONTH? JANN sees creatives working all the while on their character design, background art, storyboarding, animation, acting, writing etc. We want to highlight those working hard and working constantly to show them we appreciate what they do. Hachi got this one because we saw day after day for two months working on an animated for for a competition called Kingstoon. We really loved that she shared her process with us.
